This Wendy’s has some good thins going for it. The crew seem to care about their jobs, the place was quite clean (including the bathrooms), the food quality was not bad, the crew was friendly to us, they gave us extra sauces requested. The food took a while to get to us, although they gave us a couple coupons, the atmosphere seemed a little boring/stale. Maybe some flowers or something to make the dining room seem more warm and inviting. Over all it was a pleasant visit.

Food hot as usual because ya wait. However my wait felt longer as it took the employee 4 minutes to even ask for my $$ I waited 12+ mins, give or take to pay and get my order. I'm sure this is just a bad day for them..... Hope it gets better for those that work for the "man"

We just ate inside this Wendy’s for dinner and I won’t be doing that again. The service was fine and our order was correct. BUT watching the kitchen staff was gross. One lady with red ends on her hair played on her phone with gloves on then proceeded to fix food in between her texting breaks. I watched one young guys eat three burgers while fixing to go orders. Then two other employees nursed the frostee machine on and off the half the time we were there so about ( 15 minutes). The same boy that ate three hamburgers was also fixing food without gloves and playing with the buns that were still in the package.So because of the staff we will not be back we always go through the drive thru and had we not decided to eat inside on a whim I would have never known...

Wife never eats Wendy's. I always do. I finally convinced her to eat with me. Little wraps she got had chicken strips inside. They were hard as rocks. Fries should have been thrown out the day before.

Third bad experience here. Didn’t have time to check my order because I was in a rush to get to work, received my burger with only the patty on it. At least they didn’t forget the patty.

I went to the drive-through through the intercom they were laughing and cutting up got up to the window They had my order wrong while fixing my order the girl at the cashier she was texting and dancing and eating chicken nugget over my food very very poor going to the higher up about this situation

I’m a huge fan of Wendy’s but unfortunately the last several visits to the east emory road location I have had less than desirable service. The last straw was when the small frost I got for my two year old child had plastic in it. This could have had sever repercussions. With that said I will not eat at this location again.
